Application To Our School

To begin the registration process an Application Form must be completed and returned to the Spotted Zebra Learning Center at 2 Kross Keys Drive, Albany, New York 12205 with a non-refundable deposit of $50.00. The complete registration and tuition agreement will be due 30 days following the submission of the application. Non-submission of these forms will jeopardize our guarantee for enrollment.
