Testimonials
Picture this! It is the first day of kindergarten! You walk into the classroom with your child radiating an air of confidence. Your quick scan around the room confirms your suspicions - the other parents and children are filled with anxiety and fear - they are unprepared! Unlike these other families, you will long remember this day with pride. Attending the Spotted Zebra Learning Center prepared you and your child for the challenges of kindergarten and made you feel secure in your child's ability to succeed.
The Spotted Zebra Learning Center has now made this first day of school an enjoyable experience rather than one to be feared.
Parent Testimonials
If you are looking for an intimate environment that utilizes a holistic developmental approach while offering a competitive academic curriculum, you are on the right path by considering the Spotted Zebra Learning Center. Since enrolling our son at the Spotted Zebra in 2009, we have only been impressed with his growth and academic achievement. The administrative and teaching professionals are committed and go above their call of duties to ensure a successful experience. When we drop our son off in the mornings, we are confident that he is surrounded by caring people who are equally invested in his educational success as we are as parents. The teams of clinicians (e.g. Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, etc…) are competent in their delivery of services and remain current with new approaches and techniques. We also appreciate that the children are taught self-pride, individual responsibility, respect for others and respect for themselves. Our son’s enrollment at the Spotted Zebra Learning Center is an investment that has already returned gains that will have long lasting impacts on his future.
Thank you Ms. Sheri for your vision to allow children to grow and learn in a setting that recognizes and believes in the success of each child.

This school has been more than I could have ever imagined! The teachers and therapists are the best and all of the staff is so helpful at all times! They have made the transition for our son from a home setting to pre-school so easy for both our son and us despite the tough year our family has had. Everyone there is so caring and loving. I, as a mother, truly feel safe dropping our son there and knowing he is in the best care possible. I don't know how I am ever going to be able to leave and I know our son won’t want to either. He loves the Spotted Zebra and so do we!

I wanted to contact you to let you know how pleased I was with the Occupational Therapy services provided by Carla O'Connor to my 5 year old son. Carla was clearly very knowledgeable and skilled, and was able to deliver services in a way that was fun and engaging for my son. She also worked with me and my concerns in a respectful manner. I am very grateful to have had the chance to work with her.

I was introduced to the Spotted Zebra Learning Center when my daughter, Grace, was 2 1/2. When I came to tour the school, Sheri Townsend, the executive director, spent a lot of time answering my questions and just making me feel generally at home. By the time Sheri gave me this tour, I had looked at 19 other schools! Grace is my only child and... well, I was "slightly" overprotective...

Our son, Christopher, attended the Spotted Zebra for a year and a half, for preschool and the summer Playing in the Sandbox program. He had been diagnosed at age two with PDD-NOS and sensory issues and his therapists highly recommended the Spotted Zebra for its excellent student:teacher ratio and programs.
From our first interview with director Sheri Townsend, our family felt welcome and at home. Our needs and concerns were addressed kindly and with close attention. We needed to talk and she listened and provided excellent advice and most importantly, hope for our son's future.
